This is the fifth appearance of the evil Bartleby.

Kathy Dudbert last appeared in issue#40+41: "The Gremlin Club part one and two".

Bartleby's list of "achievements" so far are- recruiting evil henchmen, Kidnapping Loaker, Destroying Feigenbaum and now inadvertently ruining the potential romance between Barnaby and Kathy.

Bartleby continues having to tell people that he is NOT Barnaby.

The title of this issue is a play on the regular "Kathy Dudbert Loves Barnaby Banks". It is also connected to issue#32 "Aldbug Lobings Hates Barnaby Banks".

This issue marks the apparent end of Kathy Dudbert's great love for Barnaby Banks. The character will still continue to feature in future strips and may even fall in love with another character...
