"The Snow Pooka"
Issue#80: "The Snow Pooka"
MERRY CHRISTMAS!
Feigenbaum takes Loaker to a Pooka Christmas party!
Notes and References:
This is the final issue of the four Christmas/winter themed issues.
Feigenbaum last appeared in issue#77: "Moloch Fallings".
Loaker last appeared in issue#75: "I Don't Think We're In Moloch Falls Anymore...".
Beauregarde appears in this issue and mentions his mother.
This issue is heavily influenced and inspired by the popular children's book "The Snowman" (1978) by Raymond Briggs and the 1982 animated film. In the story a boy builds a snowman that comes to life. After a few misadventures, The Snowman takes flight along with the boy and the pair then travel to the snowmen's party to meet Santa.
The flying scene in the animated film features the song "Walking in the Air" written by Howard Blake.
This issue features the most pookas ever. In the panel that shows the party, You'll be able to spot Nephew Zero, His father Marlo in the background and Pooka Claus.
