This is first of four winter/Christmas themed issues that will make up the remainder of the strips for 2014.

The title is a play on the name of the town Moloch Falls where the comic book takes place.

Feigenbaum was last seen wearing this blue scarf in issue#26: "Barnaby and the Blizzard", Another winter tale featuring Feigenbaum and Barnaby in 2013.

This is the first time that Barnaby has been seen sledging in the comic.

Barnaby yells out "Geronimo!" as he begins his descent down the mountains. Geronimo is also the middle name of his brother Loaker Geronimo Banks. Barnaby's own middle name is "Hieronymous". These are rarely ever referenced however and only eagle eyed readers might know this fact.
